We are looking for Licensed Real Estate Agents to join our team and help us provide our clients with the best possible service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and be willing to develop a strong understanding of the local market. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy and sell properties, negotiating contracts, and providing guidance on pricing and market trends. They will also be expected to maintain relationships with existing clients and build new relationships with potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the local real estate market and be able to advise clients on pricing and trends.
- Maintain a current knowledge of zoning laws, deed restrictions, and other regulations related to real estate transactions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts for buyers and sellers.
- Conduct property inspections and appraisals.
- Keep up-to-date records of all transactions.
- Be able to explain the details of the buying/selling process to clients.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
